How to Pay Your Bill

There are three ways to pay your Hicksville Water District bill:

• Online using the MyAccount Portal (see below).
• Mailing a check or money order to PO Box 9064, Hicksville NY 11801.
• Dropping off payment at 4 Dean Street, Hicksville, NY 11801. For your convenience, a blue mailbox is located by the parking lot entrance. You may place payment in the mailbox or walk in and hand payment to the office clerk. The HWD office is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Billing – Online Payment

Residents and business owners can pay their bills online using a MasterCard, Discover Card, Visa or online check. As of December 11, 2023, the Hicksville Water District has converted to a new customer-friendly online payment platform.

Please note the associated processing fees for online payments:

• ACH Transaction fee: $0.35
• Credit card processing fee: 2.75%
